Can I order over the phone? TOP

Yes, feel free to call our shop at phone (562) 598-2225.


What credit cards do you accept? TOP

We accept Visa, MasterCard and American Express.


When will my credit card be charged? TOP

Your credit card will be charged within 24-hours after your order is shipped to the designated "Ship To" address.


Do I have to pay sales tax? TOP

Only California residences will be charged state sales tax. Sales tax will be added during the checkout process.


Can I pay with a Check or Money Order? TOP

We prefer 100% credit card payments online and accept Visa, MasterCard and American Express.


How much is shipping? TOP

All Standard shipments will be charged $5.00 regardless of size and/or quantity.


How will my order be shipped? TOP

All Raspberry & Sage orders will be sent via U.S. Mail or UPS Ground depending upon the size of the order. We offer four (4) shipping options:
  1. Standard Shipping: $5.00 - Most of our orders are shipped via the U.S. Postal Service.
  2. Next Business Day: $22.95
  3. 2-3 Business Day: $10.50
  4. Saturday Delivery - Please call or email for details.

How long will my order take to arrive? TOP

Most in-stock items will arrive on your doorstep 5-8 business days after receipt of your order.


Do you ship to Alaska, Hawaii and Internationally? TOP

Yes, please call/email for details. All orders going to Alaska, Hawaii, U.S. Territories of Guam and Puerto Rico and all other International locations require extra shipping time.


What if my shipment arrives damaged or defective? TOP

Damages must be reported within 5 business days of receipt. Items must be mailed back and Raspberry & Sage will either refund your money or send you a new shipment. Any damages reported after 5 business days will be offered a store credit or replaced (to be determined by Raspberry & Sage). Raspberry & Sage does not refund shipping charges. Customer is responsible for shipping the item back at their cost.


What is the Return Policy? TOP

Returns will be accepted within 14 days from the date of purchase on in store purchases and 30-days from the date of purchase on on-line purchases. Raspberry and Sage does not refund shipping charges. The items being returned must be unworn with tags still attached. If the tags are not attached and any signs of wear appear, then it will be at Raspberry and Sage's discretion whether or not the customer will receive a store credit. Should tags be on and no signs of wear, a full refund will be given.

EXCEPTIONS:  PERSONALIZED items are NOT returnable. Custom ordered items, including bedding, furniture, room decor and special occasion dresses and boys suits, are NOT returnable. Any unauthorized returns are subject to a 50% restocking fee and will be issued a store credit only.

We can only credit the card used for the original purchase. We will be happy to issue a store credit if you prefer.

Orders shipped with free shipping will have our standard shipping charge subtracted from your purchase credit. Orders shipped with free gift will have the value of the gift deducted from your purchase credit.

Size exchanges or exchanges for other merchandise are treated as new orders. Simply order the new item online, we'll process the new order & ship it promptly. Your account will be credited when we received your return.

Refused Shipments will be charged charged a 25% restocking fee.

NOTE: It is always best to send your package back in a manner that is trackable, (UPS, Fed Ex, or Delivery Confirmation). We cannot be responsible for non-receipt of returns that cannot be tracked, nor can we confirm receipt of a return/exchange until it has been processed.

Your privacy is very important to us! Accordingly, we have developed this Policy in order for you to understand how we collect, use, communicate and disclose and make use of personal information. The following outlines our privacy policy.

  • We will protect personal information by reasonable security safeguards against loss or theft, as well as unauthorized access, disclosure, copying, use or modification.
  • We will make readily available to customers information about our policies and practices relating to the management of personal information.
We are committed to conducting our business in accordance with these principles in order to ensure that the confidentiality of personal information is protected and maintained.


Do you have a Fraud Policy? TOP

For your protection, and ours, orders with different "Ship To" and "Bill To' addresses may require special verification via phone. Purchases made with stolen credit card information will be reported to the local law enforcement agencies.
